For service businesses without an AI team

Start with your business,
not with AI.

We take out the manual work and bring what now sits in a few heads together in one system. Faster forward, and what we build stays yours.

Short animation: the sun sets and the room goes dark. You pull a cord and a lamp comes on. In the light you see what you did yesterday, one job gets its real steps side by side, a few steps disappear and the rest get smaller and faster. Lights come on along the route, the sun rises and the name appears: Yesterdid.

Building commercial & operational processes

Sound familiar?

You know AI matters. But it never gets off the ground.

Different stages of the same pain. We pick up wherever you are.

  1. I don't know where to start.

Picking the right thing to build first isn't the same as picking a tool.

  2. I built something, but it wasn't what I wanted.

Used twice, then forgotten. An experiment, not a system my team relies on.

  3. I started building, but it got too complicated.

I have the business knowledge. I don't have the technical depth to take it to production.

  4. Everything is still in one head.

How things run and who knows what sits with a few people. When they're not around, everything stops.

How it works

First see what's possible. Then work faster.

As long as you can't see where the time goes, AI is guesswork. So first we work out together where the manual work is. Then we build what solves it, and after that your team carries on with it themselves.

  1. See where it sits

We work out together where the manual work is and what you solve first.

    • First conversation
    • Discover
  2. Build what works

We build it for you or with you, and set up the team that carries it.

    • Have it built
    • Build it together
    • Your own AI team
  3. On your own, faster

Your team carries on with it themselves. We keep you up to date with what's new.

    • Keep up

Faster forward, and what we build stays yours.

How we build.

Four principles that shape every project. They're why the work moves fast, and why it actually ships.

  1. Speed is a feature.

Whoever does the discovery also builds: no handoffs, no translation layers. You touch something real in week two.

  2. Smallest end-to-end first.

Ugly but useful beats polished and partial. We ship the thinnest possible full loop first, then iterate against the definition of done.

  3. Redesign, don't automate.

Applying AI to existing workflows gets marginal gains. We redesign around what's now possible, and the planning is where the real build happens.

  4. Build with, not for.

You stay in the driver's seat. By the end you own the code, the data, and the playbook.

What clients say

  • Angela TalenOwner, De Veranderkamer

De samenwerking voelde vanaf dag één persoonlijk en energiek. Snel schakelen, meedenken vanuit onze praktijk én direct iets werkends neerzetten. Daardoor ontstond niet alleen een goed product, maar ook echt vertrouwen in het proces.

Translated from Dutch: From day one the collaboration felt personal and energetic. Fast iterations, thinking along with our practice, and shipping something working straight away. That created not just a good product, but real trust in the process.

Translated from Dutch: Tom delivers what he promises and is honest when he's not sure about something. After our first successful project, we came back to him with a new question that neither of us knew well. Together we looked for the cheapest way to learn a lot, and fast, without big risks. Exactly what we needed.

Translated from Dutch: Tom gave us exactly the handle we needed to learn more about all the AI solutions relevant to us. With his help, we were ready in a single day to radically simplify or fully automate all of our business processes.

  • Bas HuijgensOwner, Lucky Duck

Translated from Dutch: In a short window Tom helped us through our rebranding with a new site and automated our Google reviews. What stuck with us most: how easy he makes it. Fast, no hassle, and we just kept running our business.

Who's behind it

Hi, I'm Tom.

I run Yesterdid, called TT Tech until 2026. Over the past years I built AI systems, including two years inside a B2B SaaS start-up where I shipped a real product. I now bring that capability to companies without an AI team.

I do the discovery, I write the code, I sit at the table. Just me, plus a small bench of trusted partners when a project asks for it. Fast, personal, honest. I only take on projects I believe in. Building something together that makes you and your team work better: that is what I do it for.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a project take?

First working version within 2-4 weeks. Real impact visible in 6-8 weeks.

What if my idea won't work?

We'll tell you. Honesty is a written brand rule, not a marketing line. Together we'll find what does work.

When are you not the right partner?

If you're looking for a large adoption programme for hundreds of people. If you want a package that runs tomorrow without anyone in your company willing to carry it. Or if existing software does it better: then we'll say so.

Do we own what we build?

Yes. It runs in your own environment, it's documented, and it keeps working when we're gone.

Can you build with our existing stack?

Yes, we work with your existing systems. Most of the time it comes down to making sure the system actually works, then building a layer on top. Everything is bespoke.

Where does our data live?

We pick the simplest setup that works for your data. If it asks for more care, such as EU-only storage and processing or stricter handling, we set that up.

Do you train on our data?

No. It's the "Single Rule" in our terms and conditions, article 6.4: shared platform components train only on synthetic, independent or fully anonymised data. Your data is used exclusively for your engagement.

What does it cost?

The first conversation is free. Discover is a paid day that we deduct if you build with us afterwards. After Discover you know exactly what the build costs, before you decide anything.

Why does it feel personal?

Because whoever does the discovery also builds and sits at the table. When a project needs more hands, we bring in trusted partners we've worked with before, never strangers.

What will you still be doing by hand tomorrow?

30 minutes. Afterwards you know what to take off your plate first. And if building isn't the answer, you'll hear that too.
